POSB really sucks big time.
they sent me a replacement card,
i went to the atm machine to activate the card.
i followed the instructions.
but end up transaction unavailable.
i went to the counter and asked the lady what to do.
ended up, she asked me to try another time.
ok..
i queued and do it again!
it dun work.
i went back to her..
CARD DENIED!
